Radiator Core Builder

Our radiator core builder is also called the radiator core assembling machine, or radiator core making machine. It can assemble flat tubes to header plates and clamp them tightly.

There are several options in different automation levels and radiator core sizes.

Full servo clamping & header plates fitting with automatic tube dispenser

Both side header plates and core clamping are driven by servo motors, stable and reliable.

Tube dispenser is also driven by servo motor. Using automatic tube dispenser, flat tubes can be easily applied to combing device, very high efficient.

Full servo clamping & header plate fitting with manual-pushing dispenser

Same header plates and core clamping by servo motor driving. The dispenser is pushed manually.

Servo clamping and pneumatic header plate fitting

For small radiator cores, both side header plates can be fit manually and clamped manually or pneumatically.

Full pneumatic clamping & header plate fitting

For small radiator cores, the cheapest configuration is all clamping pneumatically.

Single-row, double-row, four-row machines

For most automobile radiator cores, they are in single-row or double-row. For some heavy-duty vehicles, their radiator core may be in four-row.

With / without flat tube flaring function or top clapping function

We can add flat tube flaring function or auto top clapping function according to your requirement.
