HV Motor Coil Taping Machine is special for taping insulation tapes to motor stator coils automatically. This motor coil taping machine is easy to operate; the tape head is suspended and follows the conductor. Suspending height and angle are adjustable.

Two supporting seats for clamping spread coils are easily movable to suit different size. Taping pitch is motorized adjustable according to the conductor size.

Electric servo coil taping machine is used for taping motor stator magnetic field coils. The insulating tape is wrapped on the stator coil about 2-3 turns firstly, and then put the insulation tapes into wrapping device horizontally. It will be wrapped automatic after pressing the foot switch. When the set number of turns is reached, the rotation is stopped automatically, the tape should be cut by manual, and then press the foot switch till the stator is finished. This machine adopts a motor to drive the winding of the belt shuttle.
