This line is specially produced for cutting big silicon steel coil into strips for silicon steel cores, which are widely used in transformer, current/voltage transformer and other electric apparatus.
The line is composed of hydraulic expansion decoiler, No.1 storage pit, slitting machine, No. 2 storage pit, guiding & tension device, recoiler, unloading car, hydraulic system and control system.
This line is designed by our company with technology similar to GEORG Germany. It combines bevel cutting and V-shape notching together. Hole punching is optional.

This compact transformer mitred core cutting machine is designed in compact structure. It is designed with the function of online punching, notching and swing shear cutting. The total length of the product is no more than 6m. This machine is composed of servo drive, PLC, and HMI. Full automatic, the angle, hole position, V notching position, cutting length and step-lap data can be preset in the PLC.
