This transformer coil winding machine is suitable for winding HV coils in round or rectangular shape for 30-2500kVA distribution transformers.
It consists of main winding device, auto wire traversing device, interlaminar insulation feeding device, tension-adjustable wire pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC & servo control system, etc.
This machine is of high automation, complete functions, and powerful dynamic force. It can promise the axial tightness and latitudinal compactness and so it is especially suitable for winding rectangular coils.
This machine is specially designed for winding high voltage coils with an automatic conductor guidance and interlaminar insulation paper application. It is fully automatic.

Interlaminar insulation (Two pay-off devices)
This is a fully automatic coil winding machine that has been specially designed for winding primary coils used in voltage transformers of less than 110kV and when winding the primary coils of 110Kv or less, one at a time. When winding primary coils for 35kV voltage transformers, two or three coils will be wound simultaneously, with a maximum ability of winding 9 coils at a time. It is also suitable for distribution transformer coils.
This kind of horizontal coil winding machine is used for winding coils of big capacity transformers and reactors from 5 tons to 35 tons!
This machine can be equipped with vertical and horizontal compacting device and so the windings will be more compact and even, ensuring the quality of winding coils.
Applied with advanced electronic counter which can count both positive and reverse turns, our equipment also comes with power-off memorizing function.

This machine is special for winding coils for high voltage and super high voltage transformers. The chuck can raise/drop according to the height of coil so as to keep the working height.
This machine is inverter control, with stable start-up, low noise and easy operation.
It is equipped with electronic counter which can reduce turns when reversing.
It can automatically stop at pre-set turns.
